Yes, they do. There is a 1-year warranty, from the installation date, with respect to the sculpture. There is a 2-year warranty coverage for any electrical components. More details about warranty can be requested. We have this well covered in our Purchase Agreement.

We’ve dedicated hundreds of hours to perfecting the pacing and rhythm, ensuring they enhance any environment without overstimulation. While the speed is set to support this soothing experience, we believe you’ll find the tempo to be universally appealing.

We adapt to your existing processes, ensuring our contract terms fit neatly with your vendor agreements for simplified setup and acquisition.

Our preferred method is ACH transfer for its security and efficiency. We also accept company checks sent via courier, such as FedEx, to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.

For standard orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production. Within 10 days of the ready-to-ship notification, we request a second payment, which is 30% of the remaining balance.The final 20% is due within 10 days of the sculpture’s onsite assembly. This timeframe ensures commitment from both parties and a smooth transition to delivery.
